KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary Serba Dinamik IT Solutions (SDIT), has been recognised by the World Information Technology and Services Alliance (Witsa) for its Smart Maintenance Platform, it said in a statement.

Group chief executive officer Datuk Dr Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah received the Digital Innovation Award at the 2019 World Congress on Information Technology, held in Yerevan, Armenia recently.

Also present was SDIT’s chief technology officer Kalaikovan Antony.

The Smart Maintenance Platform, is an AI driven, integrated system used in the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) industry that is able to manage and plan maintenance in an efficient and thorough manner as it optimises manpower allocation.

With this platform, managers are able to see the resources on-site, allocate workforce to a task based on their technical specialties and competencies as well as to monitor the task progress and completion.
