KUCHING: The 11th edition of the Sejijak Regatta will be held here for three days from April 10 to 12 this year.
Organising committee advisor Mohd Nusi said the competition was open to 7, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 paddlers of the ‘perahu bidar’ races.
He said teams competing in these categories would also be vying for the ‘Raja Sungai Regata Sejijak 2020’ title.
Mohd Nusi said the competition details would be revealed when entries opened for registration.
He said the organiser intended to increase the amount of cash prizes for the ‘Raja Sungai’ title winner, adding that the amount would be announced during the team managers’ meeting later.
