KUCHING: Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) are looking for Yap Tian Khim’s husband Chong Kok Heng and her family members.
In a press statement issued by SGH on Thursday, the patient, Yap, went for treatment at the Emergency and Trauma Department on Dec 5, 2023 accompanied by her husband.
However, since that date no family members have been present to visit the patient and various efforts have been made to locate her husband.
Referring to the patient’s information; the address obtained is No. 67 Jalan Foochow No. 1, 93300 Kuching, Sarawak.
SGH has urged members of the public to contact Rita Fazlin Awang @ Ibrahim, Sarawak General Hospital’s Medical Social Services Department at 082-276666.
