According to its owner, Danniel Qaddrie Weng, this special menu, which is only available during Ramadan, has two varieties: Beef Shawarma priced at RM18 and Chicken Shawarma (RM16).
“In addition to the shawarma, our best-selling Signature Smoke Brisket Sandwich and Signature Smoke Beef Burger are also worth trying for people who have never tried our menu items.
“As implied by the name, we cook the brisket part of the beef by employing a low-and-slow technique.
“They are smoked for a minimum of eight hours to achieve a tender, juicy, and succulent quality.
“To complete the dish, the meat will be wrapped in soft bread and topped with a hefty portion of pickled cucumber, onion, crisp cabbage, a slice of cheddar cheese, and Diari Waktu’s signature barbecue sauce.
“With the price of RM14, I guarantee that potential buyers will be satisfied with the quantity and quality of our product,” said the 28-year-old entrepreneur.
In the meantime, get ready for a taste explosion if you order their Smoke Beef Burger — a delicious homemade patty between two toasted buns, dripping with a unique barbecue sauce, and topped with slices of pickled cucumber, onion, and creamy cheddar cheese that will leave your taste buds tingling with each and every mouthful.
Just so you know, each 100-gramme Diari Waktu beef patty is slowly smoked for four hours before being cooked on a lava rock grill.
The price range for this tasty and filling dish is RM8 to RM15.
