“As implied by the name, we cook the brisket part of the beef by employing a low-and-slow technique.

“They are smoked for a minimum of eight hours to achieve a tender, juicy, and succulent quality.

“To complete the dish, the meat will be wrapped in soft bread and topped with a hefty portion of pickled cucumber, onion, crisp cabbage, a slice of cheddar cheese, and Diari Waktu’s signature barbecue sauce.

“With the price of RM14, I guarantee that potential buyers will be satisfied with the quantity and quality of our product,” said the 28-year-old entrepreneur.
