KUCHING: The Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (SHEDA) Kuching Branch 2nd Home & Property Roadshow 2018 has attracted 36 participants.
The five-day roadshow which was launched by Minister of Local Government and Housing Datuk Dr Sim Kui Hian at AEON Mall here yesterday is showcasing properties from Sarawak, Kuala Lumpur, Johor, and Perth, Australia.
“The roadshow features a number of affordable housing choices with starting price from RM218,000 onwards for a single-storey terraced house,” SHEDA Kuching Brand 2nd Home & Property Roadshow 2018 Organising Chairman Petar Pau told reporters.
He added that potential buyers also stand a chance to win electrical appliances in the “Buy & Win” Lucky Draw, during the roadshow.
The Grand Prize winner will walk away with a 49” Samsung Smart television, including other attractive prizes such as a set of high definition surveillance system worth RM1,499 sponsored by Nam Kee Technology Solution, cash vouchers worth more than RM3,000 sponsored by MickLeong Studio and other electronic products.
