SIBU: The Board of Visitors of Sibu Hospital has donated much-needed items to the hospital, including 400 plastic chairs for caretakers and 80 ceiling fans.
In a press statement today (Nov 21), the board highlighted the urgent need for these replacements.
“Many of the caretakers’ chairs were broken and beyond economic repair, while the hospital’s ceiling fans were no longer functional and required immediate replacement.
“Patients and healthcare workers have endured the heat for a long time,” said the statement.
