SIBU: Sibu Hospital is looking for the next of kin or family members of a male patient in his 50s, Wong Ching Sung.
The hospital said the male patient does not have an identity card and the Emergency Unit at the hospital received an emergency call about a hit-and-run victim at Jalan Wong Soon Kai, here on Jan 8.
“Up till today, no next of kin or family member came forward to the hospital on the arrangement of the patient’s discharge,” the hospital said in a statement.
The hospital appealed for his next of kin or family members to come forward to take the victim home.
Anyone who knows the patient can contact the hospital’s Medical Welfare Unit at 084-343333 (ext:7308) during office hours from Monday to Friday or meet the medical officer at the hospital’s Emergency Unit.
