Maulidur Rasul
MUKAH: This year’s divisional-level Maulidur Rasul was celebrated in a simple but meaningful manner at Masjid Setia Raja here on Thursday.
Like other parts of the country, there was no open gathering and procession amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
Instead, this year’s celebration featured a religious talk delivered by Ustaz Sarbini Dahlan with Balingian assemblyman Abdul Yakub Arbi as the guest of honour at the event.
Abdul Yakub also handed over prizes to the winners of the Mukah Maulidur Rasul digital poster competition.
Also present at the event were Mukah Resident Hamdiah Bakir and Tellian assemblyman Yussibnosh Balo.
