KUCHING: The Sarawak Biodiversity Centre (SBC) recently received a visit by Singapore Business Federation delegates.
In a social media post, the centre stated that the delegates were welcomed with a warm and mesmerising Sarawak’s traditional performance.
“They (the delegates) were introduced to plants utilised by the indigenous communities in Sarawak at the Laila Taib Ethnobotanical Garden, the established Algae Cultivation Facility, research highlights and the Sarawak Bioindustrial Park,” it said via the post adding the delegates were in Sarawak to explore the potential investment and business opportunities particularly in agriculture, renewable energy, tourism, and education.
“There were indeed great discussions throughout the tour and we look forward to building a prosperous partnership with the Singaporean entrepreneurs in the future,” SBC pointed out.
