MIRI: Six Barisan Nasional election flags were damaged and torn at Tudan Phase 4 JKKK office last Sunday morning. Miri police chief, ACP Lim Meng Seah, when contacted on Tuesday said that the police are investigating the incident after a report was lodged.
According to Lim, the case is being investigated under Section 427 of the Penal Code for mischief. No arrest has been made so far in connection with the incident. This was the first police report made on such incident in Miri.
