SRI AMAN: Bukit Begunan assemblyman Datuk Mong Dagang has allocated RM150,000 through his Rural Transformation Project (RTP) fund for Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Tanjung Bijat.

The fund is for the school’s upgrading and improvement projects for the comfort of its students and staff.

“It is hoped that the allocation for these upgrading works will be able to benefit the school,” he said during the Creative Community Catalyst Invention and Innovation Programme (Recip3k) organised by the Parents and Teachers Association (PTA) of SK Tanjung Bijat recently.

On the programme, he relayed that it was held for the local community, allowing parents and their children to explore creativity and learning in their daily lives.

At the same event, Mong also announced an additional Minor Rural Project (MRP) fund of RM20,000 for the school’s PTA.
