MIRI: Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Sungai Sebatu Baram, a small rural school with just seven teachers and seven students made a big impact by hosting an inter-school camp from Nov 15-17.

The event brought together 32 students from four schools for a weekend of learning, adventure and camaraderie.

The camp organised by SK Sungai Sebatu Baram was participated by SK Long Ikang, SK Sungai Peking and SK Ubong Imang.

It received sponsorship from Deputy Minister for Public Health, Housing, and Local Government, Datuk Dr Penguang Manggil, as well as AMHome Sdn Bhd, PJP Ekang-Banyok Plantation Sdn Bhd, PP Stationery, T.U Enterprise, Intraha Enterprise, JEH Enterprise, and Shamsol Abdul Rahim.

The inter-school camp was hailed a success, achieving its goals of fostering friendships, encouraging teamwork, and offering enriching experiences beyond the classroom.
