KUCHING: Sarawak’s e-wallet application SPay Global service has resumed operation this morning.
“SPay Global service is back in operation. We will continue to monitor closely to ensure a smooth experience.
“We deeply appreciate your patience and support,” it said in a statement posted on its Facebook page today.
It was reported that the service was interrupted from 7:45pm on Thursday night due to a fire at Wisma Bapa Malaysia where its servers were located.
SPay Global has also assured users and merchants that their funds are safe.
It said that should users and merchants require further assistance, they can contact the customer service line at 1-300-88-7722 and 082-224599 or email at customerservice@spayglobal.my.
