KUCHING: In celebration of Valentine’s Day, The Raintree in Borneo Convention Centre Kuching (BCCK) is offering two unique menus, designed to delight a variety of tastes.
The restaurant, in a statement today (Jan 26), highlighted the allure of its Valentine’s offerings.
“Option 1 is available at RM299+ per couple, and RM150+ for an additional person. Option 2, featuring traditional flavors with a modern twist, is priced at RM399+ per couple,” it said.
Both menus begin with the “Love at First Sight” Amuse Bouche and “First Date Action” Appetizer, featuring Pie Tee and Aburi Salmon Carpaccio, followed by the “Salting of Love” Soup, an Asari Clam Chowder.
The main course of Option 1 includes a variety of choices: Compressed Chicken, Slow Braised Beef Brisket, and Sole Fish Veronique. In contrast, Option 2 offers a singular choice of a salt pepper grilled T-Bone Steak, accompanied by an array of sides including Classic Beurre Cafe De Paris and Chimichurri Sauce.
“Both menus showcase carefully chosen ingredients, exquisite presentation, and the skillful execution of our culinary team, ensuring each course is a celebration of love.
“The climax of the evening is “The Eternal Love Stories” dessert – a Raspberry Cheese Cake served with Cotton Candy, described as “a symphony of flavours and textures,” it added.
