MIRI: The spirit and integrity of Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) Pujut members towards the party are still strong despite some members who have left the party.
This was pointed out by PBB Pujut Women chairperson Cr Warziedea Ahmad in response to PBB Pujut branch chief Abu Bakar Amit and several members who left the party recently.
She said PBB Pujut members would continue to remain loyal to the top leadership of PBB led by Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg.
“I, as the chairman of PBB Pujut Women branch sees that the departure of Abu Bakar will not affect the strength of PBB,” she said in a statement today.
She added that Abu Bakar’s decision to join PSB was his personal choice and that it would not have an effect on PBB Pujut branch.
