“Here at Kuching Sentral, we are committed in ensuing the SOPs are being observed by providing body temperature checks, enforcing social distancing at waiting area including inside the buses.

“The passengers as of now are obeying the SOPs which are set and we are happy that no incidents of flouting the SOPs have taken place,” he told New Sarawak Tribune sister daily Suara Sarawak on Sunday.

He added, body temperature checks were done at all main entrances of the mall and once before the passengers board the buses.

“If the temperature exceeds 37.5-degree Celsius, the person will be isolated and we ask them to relax for a while (two or three minutes).
“After that, we will check their temperature again, if it drops, we will allow them to board the buses. But so far, there has never been a chase where the passengers body temperature increase.
