KUCHING: SugarBun has introduced the Ong Bucket meal item which consists of 8 pieces of chicken paired with a family serving of Nestle Lemonade in connection with its Chinese New Year 2019 campaign titled ‘Ong Ong Lai!’.
The campaign also introduces a fun fictional character known as ‘Master Ong, Ong Master’ who will be sharing the Dos and Don’ts of Chinese New Year on MY Sarawak radio station during the promotional period.
“As a start to the New Year, we aim to create a much closer relationship with our customers by introducing ‘Master Ong’, whom is comical and humorous. We know that laughter brings people closer together and we took the opportunity to incorporate a fun loving character into the festive spirit of Chinese New Year,” shared Helong Ajang, representative from SBSL Sdn Bhd Marketing Department.
Adding to the festive spirit, Pezzo East Malaysia has also introduced a new pizza called The Fortune Pizza.
Moulded into large Chinese charms and topped with smoked chicken toasts, crab fingers and lobster balls, Pezzo East Malaysia described the pizza as ‘An Oriental Sensation’, as the pizza is able to capture the essence of all things Chinese New Year in a bite.
The SugarBun Ong Bucket comes with a family serving of Nestle Lemonade served in a limited edition SugarBun water jug for only RM 38.88 at all participating SugarBun outlets and Pezzo is offering two Whole Pan Pizza for RM68 at all Pezzo outlets in East Malaysia. Both promotions includes free limited edition Ang Pow packets.
