KUCHING: SB Supplies & Logistics, the franchisor of SugarBun, together with Nestle Products Sdn Bhd announced the winners of a joint lucky draw that offered prizes amounting to RM20,000 on Monday (Feb 8).
The ‘SugarBun X Nestle: Eat & Draw Lucky Draw Contest’ was held from November to December last year with participation from all 70 SugarBun outlets nationwide.
Nurul Izzatul Akmal Abdul Wahab, Norlin Gerdang, and Zurita Abg Abdul Salim emerged as the first place winners, with each receiving a RM2,500 SenQ Cash voucher.
These winners dined at SugarBun outlets in Daro, Mukah, and Tabuan Jaya respectively.
SB Supplies & Logistics general manager Raymond Teo said they wanted to create excitement with a lucky draw contest.
“We know that there are not many people who choose to dine in but we wanted to create some excitement and fun during this pandemic. Approximately 3,000 customers joined,” he said during the winners draw and announcement held at Wisma SugarBun here.
Customers were entitled to one entry form with any purchase of selected SugarBun Broasted Meal with one Nescafe, Milo or Nestea Teh Tarik.
“The prizes range from SenQ cash vouchers and SugarBun cash vouchers. There are three winners for first, second and third place respectively as well as 100 consolation prizes.
“The winners receiving SenQ cash vouchers can redeem electrical appliances while those receiving the SugarBun cash vouchers can dine in. We will see if there will be more contests like this one but I think it will be more towards online.”
Raymond was accompanied by SB Supplies & Logistics Sdn Bhd deputy general manager Chin Chee Pin and a representative from Nestle Products Sdn Bhd, Rita Loh Ting Ting, during the ceremony.
