KUCHING: SUPP Pending Branch BR1M service team is setting up a service counter at Kenyalang Market tomorrow and at Sungai Apong Market on Sunday (10 December) to assist the public to apply and update their BR1M information.
Members of the public are advised to bring their own and spouse’s identity cards (I.C), children’s identity card or birth certificate, latest pay slip, bank account information and beneficiaries identity information.
The crew will assist to fill in the form for application or update. Applicants from single-parent families are advised to provide related information (divorce certificate, death certificate, etc) to avoid their application from being rejected by the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN).
The members of the public may visit SUPP Pending office from Monday to Friday (8am- 12pm, 2pm-4.30pm). The office address is Lot 7159, Supreme Garden, Upper Chawan Road, Kuching. They may also call these numbers, 082- 331776, 082-332667 and 082-335373.
