BAU: A total of RM 80,000 under the Rural Transformation Programme (RTP) for 2025 and Mini Rural Project (MRP) for 2024 worth RM10,000 was allocated to the management committee of surau Al-Baraqah in Kpg Melayu Seberang Buso.
This was announced by Tasik Biru assemblyman Datuk Henry Harry Jinep when he visited the surau after attending a Ramah Tamah Aidilfitri organised by the village recently.
He also announced the construction of a new futsal court for the recreational convenience of the youth, and the upgrade of a multipurpose hall which will provide comfort to the villagers there.
In the meantime, the Raya gathering served as a platform to strengthen familial bonds among the villagers.
The event also included a children’s fashion show competition, karaoke, dancing, lucky draws.
