KUCHING: Maxim Malaysia in a survey has found that the Perodua line of cars – namely the Axia, Myvi and Bezza are the top three models used by their drivers for e-hailing.
“Our drivers prefer to use these car models due to the fact of their efficiencies, low fuel consumption and their sustainability,” it said in a statement.
Another analysis Maxim has done is the top three common names of their drivers in Sarawak.
“Amongst the variety of names, ‘Muhammad’ is the most common one, follow by ‘Abdul’ and ‘Tan’,” the press officer added.
Additionally, most of their drivers are aged in between of 18 to 35 with an astounding percentage of 60, followed by drivers between the age of 36-45 which occupied 20 percent, and drivers between the age of 46-65 with a percentage of 10.
“The necessity of e-hailing rides is increasing rapidly in Malaysia and ride service is an essential aspect for everyday commute.
“Maxim, being one of the world’s prominent e-hailing service with tractable data of application, driver, passenger and history of ride, the users get the opportunity to know more about their drivers and the type of car that they can expect for their booking”.
