KUCHING: The Swim Art Club will join 25 other top swimming clubs from Malaysia, Brunei, and the Philippines at the Sarawak Short Course Sprint 2023.

This grand competition will take place at the Pandelela Rinong Aquatic Centre from Sept 8 to 10.

According to a statement by Swim Art Club, their swimmers will participate in a range of events including freestyle, breaststroke, butterfly, backstroke, and medley.

“Our swimmers are eager to showcase their skills. They’re ready, from the swift sprints to the more technique-heavy events. The Sarawak Short Course Sprint 2023 will feature 645 athletes from various top clubs. It’s going to be a must-watch as some of the best swimmers from the region battle for the top spot,” said the club.

By participating in this event, Swim Art Club wants to shine a spotlight not just on their swimmers’ skills, but also on the strong bond and good sportsmanship they share as a team.

To top it off, Swim Art Club expressed heartfelt thanks to their sponsors such as ’38 Yayasan Amal Cinta’, ‘YKDC Mining Consultant Sdn Bhd’, ‘Dre Atelier’, and ‘Jurutera Minsar Consult Sdn Bhd’ for provided the team with essentials like tee shirts, jackets, and swim caps.
