KUCHING: Head of State, Tun Pehin Sri Haji Abdul Taib Mahmud and his wife, Toh Puan Datuk Patinggi Hajjah Raghad Kurdi Taib attended a luncheon with veteran singers at Astana Negeri in Petra Jaya yesterday.
The veteran singers from Kuala Lumpur and Singapore were from the late Tan Sri Datuk Amar (Dr) P. Ramlee’s era.
They were invited to attend the launching of a book titled ‘P. Ramlee: Di mana Kan Ku cari Ganti’ organised by the state Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka (DBP).
