SIBU: A total prize-money of RM4,000 awaits the winners of the Rajang River Festival Photography Competition held in conjunction with the Rajang River Festival.
The festival is organised by the Sarawak Startup Entrepreneur Association together with the Sibu Photographers Association and will be held at Pulau Li Hua waterfront.
“This competition is open to all Malaysian citizens to take part in taking photos of jet ski sports and any other activity in conjunction with the organisation of the festival,” said a spokesperson.
“Participants must register on or before Sept 30, 2022 (Friday) and pay a registration fee of RM30 (including boat fees) and can start taking photos between Sept 30 and Oct 8.”
Registration can be done by filling out a Google Form via QR code, or from the website: https://forms.gle/6ZDdb9BVH3yu4pn8A.
Payment of the registration fee online can be made in advance through a Public Bank account (Sibu Photographers Association at account number 3223740302).
“The winner of this competition will receive a prize of RM1,500 with a certificate, the runner-up will receive RM1,000 with a certificate, and third place, RM500 with a certificate.
Ten consolation winners will receive RM100 along with a certificate.
