BAU: Tasik Biru incumbent Datuk Henry Harry Jinep will defend his seat in the upcoming Sarawak state election.
According to a report by the Sarawak Public Communications Unit (Ukas), he revealed this when speaking at the annual general meeting of Kampung Bobak Sejinjang held at the village’s multipurpose hall here on Sunday (Nov 14).
Henry, who slammed various baseless allegations by opposition parties towards him, also described the issues and struggles they brought up as confusing to the people.
He pointed out that the state government under the administration of Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) had all this while provided a lot of allocations each year for the well-being of the people.
Also present at the meeting were Kampung Bobak Sejinjang Ketua Kaum Wallie Taib and Kampung Bobak Sajong Ketua Kaum Willon Kiben.
