MIRI: A teenage boy broke his left arm and right leg in an accident at Jalan Merpati here on Wednesday night.
In the 11.30pm accident, it is said that the 16-year-old was unable to brake in time, causing his motorcycle to crash into a container lorry in front of him.
Members of the public who witnessed the accident then contacted the Miri Hospital for assistance.
After receiving immediate treatment, the injured boy was then taken to Miri Hospital for further treatment.
Police personnel were at the scene to investigate the cause of the accident.
