KUCHING: A teenager was caught in his house at Kampung Baki for possession of drug by Padawan police on Tuesday afternoon.
Padawan police chief Supt Aidil Bolhassan said acting on information received, police raided a house at 3.15pm at the said location and found the youth with 0.02g syabu with a market value of RM50.
The suspect was remanded for further investigation.
The case is being investigated under Section 12 (2) of the Dangerous Drug Act 1952 which provides for a fine of not more than RM100,000 or imprisonment of not more than five years or both.
