MIRI: A teenage boy was killed when his motorcycle rammed into a lamp post at Jalan Melor, Tudan on Thursday (29 October).
Miri police chief ACP Lim Meng Seah said the victim, identified as Nazrul Azhar Abu, 13, was heading towards the area from E-Mart Tudan when the incident occurred at about 3.30pm.
Lim added initial investigations found that the victim had lost control of his machine. He died on the way to Miri Hospital.
The case would be investigated under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
