MUKAH: Tellian Constituency Service Centre has made arrangements to donate bottled water to 97 individuals placed under quarantine at Mukah Youth Camp and Politeknik Mukah (PMU) here.

Of the total, 79 are at PMU and the rest at Mukah Youth Camp.

Tellian constituency special officer Felix Pieng said 100 boxes of bottled water would be handed over to the recipients, through the Malaysian Civil Defence Force (APM).

“The list of individuals at the two quarantine centres is provided by the Ministry of Health,” he said via WhatsApp on Friday (Jan 15).

He added that another 50 boxes would be distributed to the police and also to be shared with other agencies manning the two quarantine centres.

According to him, the contributions were handed over to APM and the police on Friday, and would be distributed to the recipients the same day or latest early Saturday (Jan 16).
