MIRI: A young rider experienced a terrifying moment yesterday when his motorcycle collided with a car in Tudan.
Sources revealed that the 20-year-old motorcyclist was heading towards Tudan when a car suddenly came out from a junction and crashed into him.
The accident happened at 10.30am near the Tudan traffic light.
Upon receiving a distress call on the accident, a team from the Miri Civil Defence Force (APM) rushed to the scene. The injured youth was later sent to Miri Hospital.
Following the crash, the car landed on the road divider while the motorcycle was badly damaged.
