This innovative approach is part of the hotel’s commitment to integrating digitalisation seamlessly into its daily operations and in line with Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari’s call towards embracing digitalisation.
The digital self-check-in kiosk offers several advantages including enhancing efficiency and streamlining operations.
Guests can check in effortlessly using the kiosk, which generates a secure digital pin for access to both the hotel’s main entrance and their designated room.
This forward-thinking initiative not only simplifies the check-in process but also extends to the check-out procedure.
Guests can conveniently complete their check-out through the kiosk thus eliminating the need for traditional visits to the front desk.

For the record, Reds Hotel has been in operation since 2016 when it first started with 12 rooms and since then has expanded to a total of 31 rooms.
