Firemen trying to extricate the injured passengers of a 4WD vehicle.

MIRI: Two men and a woman were injured after a four-wheel drive (4WD) vehicle they were travelling in veered off the road near Rumah Along in Tatau and rolled down a roadside slope, yesterday.

Firemen from Tatau fire station led by Nazari Harun were immediately dispatched to the location following a distress call received at 12.35pm.

The three injured victims were later taken to Bintulu Hospital for treatment.

It was not immediately known what actually caused the incident.

The operation ended at 1.25pm.
