KUCHING: Members of the public visiting Naim Group of Companies’ ‘Lifestyle & Investment Property’ roadshows gave thumbs up to the Group’s exciting property developments.

While the Group’s roadshows in Sibu and some of its Miri roadshows (MITRAF and LOPEX expos) have finished, its Miri Permy Mall roadshow was still ongoing.

In addition, its Bintulu’s roadshow at Park City Mall would be organised at 7 to 9 April 2017, from 10am until10pm daily.

Meanwhile, Naim’s Head of Group Sales and Marketing, Tony Lau thanked all for the great support in making the roadshows a success.

‘The turn-out at the roadshows were very encouraging. We would like to thank all for taking the time to visit us. For those who have not managed to do so, you can still visit our sales galleries and show units in Kuching, Miri and Bintulu for more information about our properties. In addition, do find out how you can reward yourself with 2 return air tickets to Bali, the offer of which will end on 9 April 2017,’ Lau said.

Chong, who viewed Naim Kuching’s Sapphire On The Park condominium show unit at Batu Lintang Road was impressed with the development.

‘When I arrived, I was greeted by its grand lobby which has high ceiling. This gave me a sense of space and peace. I was also made to understand that the development boasts more than 72,000 sq.ft. of facilities, which is pretty impressive.

I particularly liked the Naim Sapphire Classic show units. With its semi-detached conceptual layout, there is both space and functionality. The nice interior design definitely gave me great ideas. All these, coupled with its good location, make it a good investment!’ remarked Chong.

Another visitor, Melissa, was interested in the Group’s Naim EduVista apartments in Desa Ilmu, Kota Samarahan.

‘I’m seriously looking at Naim EduVista. With its reasonable price and strategic location within Kota Samarahan’s education zone and in close proximity with facilities such as malls and medical centres, it has great potential,’ Melissa said.

Meanwhile in Miri, Liew, a roadshow visitor was happy with Naim SouthLake Permyjaya’s Naim Garden Villa single storey semi-detached houses.

‘As it is located within Naim SouthLake Permyjaya, it is surrounded by beautiful landscape, including a nice lake. There is also a clubhouse where we can enjoy a good range of facilities.

The Garden Villa has a nice modern design, including a big car porch which can accommodate up to 6 cars. This is a dream house for me!’ Liew remarked.

Another visitor at the Group’s Miri roadshow, Ting, was looking at its Naim Pusat Bandar shophouses.

‘I feel the shophouses has great potential, as they are OP-ready and located within the vibrant and fast-growing Naim Bandar Baru Permyjaya township. Definitely worth considering,’ Ting said.

Tan, who viewed Naim Bintulu’s Street Mall, a component within Naim Bintulu Paragon integrated development was excited with the development.

‘Naim Bintulu Paragon clearly offers a ‘complete’ package. In terms of location, there is no other place better than this, which is within the town centre. Naim Bintulu Paragon has everything – Sarawak’s largest Street Mall and tallest condominium tower called ‘The Peak’, interesting Small Office Versatile Office (SOVO) and even Malaysia’s first ever Fairfield by Marriott hotel.
