KUCHING: Politeknik Kuching Sarawak (PKS) received a courtesy call from a Royal Malaysian Navy (TLDM) delegation led by First Admiral Zainul Rashid Abdullah.
The delegation was welcomed on arrival by PKS director Hikmatullah Hajid Ahmad Khan.
The visit was to strengthen ties between TLDM and PKS as well as to exchange views on the TLDM reserve training (PLASTLDM) in PKS.
From 2002 to 2019, PLASTLDM PKS has seen a recruitment of 406 members from among students.
Also present were PKS deputy director (academic) Samsudin Mohd Salleh and PKS deputy director (academic support) Ahmady Solong.
