BINTULU: Students from Universiti Putra Malaysia Bintulu Campus are invited to apply for scholarship under the Pehin Sri Adenan Satem Research Chair 2024.
The offer is exclusive to native Sarawakians pursuing a Diploma in Human Development or a Bachelor’s in Human Development Science with Management, achieving a minimum academic excellence of CGPA 3.50 and above.
The scholarship is part of varsity and the Ministry of Tourism, Creative Industries, and Sarawak Performing Arts’ initiative to support local students in Social Sciences and Humanities fields.
Scholarship coverage includes tuition fees, residential college fees, book allowances, and a stipend.
The scholarship is awarded for four semesters for the diploma program and six semesters for the bachelor’s program.
Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted for interviews, and those who did not receive a response within a month will be considered unsuccessful.
Scholarship applications are open from January 22 to February 9 for the diploma program and March 18 to April 5 for the bachelor’s program. Application forms are available on the university’s website at www.btu.upm.edu.my.
