KUCHING: The introduction of the Smartface Terminal is a key tool for enhancing the monitoring and supervision of teacher and staff attendance.
Kota Sentosa assemblyman Wilfred Yap Yau Sin said that the device has the potential to streamline attendance tracking, thereby improving administrative processes.
During the handover of this device to the representative of SMK DPHA Gapor in Stampin, Yap also facilitated the school’s examination unit by donating ten steel shelf racks.
“The ten steel racks are required by the examination unit of the school for better organisation and efficiency when conducting examinations for the whole school,” said Yap in a statement recently.
Beyond these immediate benefits, Yap hoped that the Smartface Terminal would contribute to narrowing the digital divide and elevating the standard of education administration.
“I am committed to assisting all schools under my constituency based on urgency and priority to ensure their equipment and facilities are satisfactory,” he added.
