SIBU: Prayer United Sarawak Central Zone will host a trilingual prayer celebration in honour of the 61st Sarawak Day from July 21 to 22 at Xin Fu Yuan Methodist Church, located along Persiaran Brooke, and the Good Shepherd Centre.
Prayer United Sarawak Central Zone in a statement said that this year’s theme is “Rebuild, Restore & Renew,” and will focus on two main areas: prayers for Sarawak and prayers for the Church.
“For Sarawak, the prayers will seek blessings for the state, aiming to rebuild trust and relationships among its diverse communities, restore faith and hope for the future, and renew commitment to the state’s growth and harmony.
“For the Church, the prayers will focus on encouraging Christians to rejuvenate their spiritual lives. Witnesses from the Bario and Ba Kelalan Revivals of the 1970s will share their experiences to inspire participants,” said the statement today (July 19).
Prayer United Sarawak Central Zone invites all Christians from various denominations, pastoral workers, intercessors, and church members from across the Sarawak Central Zone to join in prayer, worship, and mutual blessing during this significant event.
