KUCHING: Former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamed who is now Pakatan Harapan (PH) chairman will be coming to Kuching to attend and speak in the Sarawak Pakatan Harapan’s ceramah on this coming Sunday (24th September) at 7pm to 10.30pm at the carpark area infront of the Everrise Departmental Store BDC Kuching.

“This is the first visit of Tun Mahathir to Sarawak in his capacity as the chairman of Pakatan Harapan. He visited Sarawak many times when he was the Prime Minister, but as a leader of the Opposition, this will be his first visit,” Chong Chieng Jen , Sarawak Pakatan Harapan Chairman told a press conference at DAP Sarawak headquarters here yesterday.
“We are sure he has a lot to share with us why, having for the most part of his life served as a leader of UMNO/BN, he now, at the age of 92, decides to resign from UMNO and fight UMNO/BN,” Chong added.
“We appeal to all Sarawakians, not only those staying in Kuching area, to attend the ceramah,” he said.
