“Upon arrival at the scene, police found two men had collapsed in their stall, and an investigation using closed-circuit television (CCTV) revealed that the victims were attacked by an armed group,” he told reporters on Thursday.

Ranon said that CCTV footage showed the group approaching the victims on foot before opening fire and fleeing the scene.
