KUALA LUMPUR: Sarawak Head of State Tun Pehin Sri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar met with Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim for high tea on Tuesday evening (Oct 29).
At the meeting, Wan Junaidi raised several key national issues, particularly those affecting Sarawak, as well as matters on the safety and defence of the country, particularly in Sarawak.
He also presented a special gift to Anwar, which was ‘ikan terubuk,’ a local Sarawak delicacy, as a gesture of their enduring friendship.
