KOTA SAMARAHAN: Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Sarawak has clarified that UiTM is not directly or indirectly involved in the offer of official interview invitations for public university pre-diploma programmes and UiTM Session 2020/2021 education incentive programmes to any individuals, as made viral on social media.
“The offer that promises the distribution of full scholarships on foundation studies and assistance from Yayasan Sarawak or Malaysian International Scholarship (MIS) was received by individuals through social media, especially Whatsapp and personal email,” they said in a statement on Friday.
UiTM Sarawak hoped that those who received such offers would first check the validity of the information provided in the offer letter.
