TANJUNG MANIS: An unidentified body found afloat in Sungai Sabut, Kampung Rajang here was retrieved by authorities last Saturday.
According to a spokesperson from the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) operations centre, the body was discovered by a fisherman at 7.30am who later reported to the police.
The next hour, Tanjung Manis fire and rescue station received a call from the police requesting for assistance to retrieve the body.
The body was later handed over to the police for further action.
