KUCHING: Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) is appealing to the public to help locate the family members or next-of-kin of a Malay patient who was found unconscious near the sidewalks on April 10.
According to SGH’s press release, the patient, Mohamad Rajali, 63 years old, was brought to the Trauma and Emergency Department by the public. The patient’s identification card (IC) states that his address is at Kampung Tengah, Sungai Kuali, Serkat, Pontian, Johor, while his last residency address is at No. 42, Jalan Matang, Batu 10, Kuching.
The hospital is urging the public to come forward if they know the patient or his family and contact the neonatal intensive care unit ward (NICU) at 082-276666 extension 3813.
