KOTA SAMARAHAN: Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS) recently inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Universitas Katolik Santo Agustinus Hippo (San Agustin) and Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI) to strengthen its global partnerships.
The MoU, signed by UNIMAS vice chancellor Datuk Dr Mohamad Kadim Suaidi, Dr Johanes Robini Marianto (Rector of San Agustin), and Dr Ali Napiah Nasution (representative of UNPRI), took place on November 24 at the Faculty of Education, Language, and Communication, UNIMAS.
This strategic partnership aims to elevate academic standards and leverage resources for innovation in education, language, engineering, and the built environment.
The collaboration envisions the creation of inventive instructional practices, development of human capital, and extensive knowledge-sharing to nurture supportive environments for community prosperity in their respective regions.
“UNIMAS, San Agustin, and UNPRI share common objectives in providing comprehensive education to prepare future researchers for success in a dynamically evolving global landscape.
“This collaboration holds the potential to spawn diverse projects, contributing to the advancement of education and research,” it said in a statement.
