BAU: The Mini Stadium here is set for an upgrade that will include a new field and running track, according to Tasik Biru assemblyman Datuk Henry Harry Jinep.

He said once completed, the project would provide greater convenience to the Bau community and surrounding areas, especially sports enthusiasts, for engaging in sports and recreational activities.

“This project is significant for the Bau community and surrounding areas as it will provide comfort for its users, especially sports enthusiasts, including youth, adults, and veterans, to participate in sports activities with family, friends, and the community,” he said.

He said this during a meeting on the upgrading of the Bau Mini Stadium at Bau District Office Complex here today.

Along with his delegation, he also inspected the site to review the current progress of the project.

He added that the new facilities will not only match the quality of those found elsewhere but will also boost sports activities in the district.
