Magistrate Syarifah Fatimah Azura Wan Ali ordered the accused to be jailed for a month if he failed to pay the fine.
According to the facts of the case, during the incident, there was an argument between them because Losion was not satisfied his wife only gave him RM200.

Losion forced her to find more money by any means because the amount given was not enough.
However, she told him that it was embarrassing to borrow money from their neighbour because she did not know how to pay him back.
