MIRI: Pustaka Miri will hold an online knowledge sharing session about nasopharyngeal cancer on Feb 21.
The session will be broadcasted at 2pm via Pustaka Miri’s Facebook and YouTube channel.
Pustaka Miri in a statement said the session was recently held at Kampung Bakam Digital Community Centre, and the talk was delivered by the Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Specialist from Miri Hospital, Dr Muhammad Syafiq Mohd Syafie.
A total of 12 villagers attended the talk on that day.
During the session, Dr Syafiq discussed about the health and problems related to nose or nasal.
He also mentioned about the symptoms of nasopharyngeal cancer and how to recognise it apart from ways to care for the nose and nasal passage.
