KUCHING: Kota Samarahan residents who do not have smartphones are asked to come forward to the Kota Samarahan Municipal Council (MPKS) for vaccine registration.
MPKS chairman Datuk Peter Minos stated that recently the council had given out early notices to the residents in Samarahan to register for the vaccination.
“The Resident’s Office have instructed us to re-collect information on the number of residents under our council.
“QR code for vaccine registration was attached on the notices for the residents to scan and fill in the Google Form for the Ministry of Health’s records,” he said.
According to him, residents who have smartphones were asked to fill in the form by Sunday at 3 pm.
“However, for those who are unable to scan the attached code or do not have smartphones, they are asked to come to MPKS office to fill in a form for the vaccine registration,” Minos added.
