KUCHING: The La Promenade Sales Gallery will be opened throughout the Lunar New Year, starting this February 17, 2018.
In a press statement issued yesterday, Hock Seng Lee Construction Sdn Bhd revealed that the showroom of their flagship property development will be opened every day, including on the weekends.
They added that vouchers for branded custom-made kitchen furnitures, each worth RM20,000, would be offered to all super-link home buyers during the festive season.
The property development company revealed that it would be a busy Chinese New Year (CNY) for them as Chap Goh Meh falls on March 2, which is a Friday, and a new clubhouse within La Promenade would be launched on March 3-4, 2018.
“This is an exciting time for everyone involved with La Promenade. Not only will residents who moved in last year be celebrating their first CNY at La Promenade, but we’ll also be launching the first clubhouse,” said Senior Property Development Manager, Tay Chiok Kee.
La Promenade presently consists of two residential precincts. The first, called Precinct Premiere, comprises larger units like quadruplexes, duplexes and bungalows.
The second, Precinct Luxe, which are exclusively super-link homes, is where the new clubhouse is.
“Visiting us at the sales gallery during the holidays is the best time to get an overview of La Promenade what’s completed, what’s being built and a glimpse of what’s to come,” Tay said.
This real estate project at 200 acres is one of the largest guarded and gated mixed developments in East Malaysia. HSL is also building its new 10-storey headquarters with a neighbourhood mall at La Promenade, which is located between Kuching and Kota Samarahan.
Visitors to the sales gallery during CNY would be given showhouse tours within the precincts.
The sales gallery’s operating hours are 10am to 4pm.
