MIRI: An explosive ordnance disposal unit rushed to a construction site near SMK Lutong here following the discovery of an unexploded bomb.
The World War II projectile was found by a heavy machinery operator during excavation work at 8.20am on Monday.
Miri police chief ACP Lim Meng Seah said the team successfully defused the war relic at 7pm.
